Dana Reiter, President of Groundwork Accounting, is a licensed CPA in Oregon and Colorado. Dana founded Groundwork Accounting in 2013 to meet a demand for high-quality bookkeeping and tax planning services in the small business community. She believes in a collaborative approach, working with clients throughout the year on tax services, cash flow management, and budgeting.

Kim Rogers, Staff Accountant, specializes in bookkeeping and payroll. Her previous experience in the medical industry is an asset to our physical therapy and vision clinic bookkeeping clients. Her great attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the Groundwork team.

Kim Gossen, Bookkeeping Assistant, is an expert in QuickBooks Online and excels at keeping our client's books up-to-date and accurate.

Heidi Faller, a retired/inactive CPA, has decades of experience in public and municipal accounting. She provides bookkeeping and analytical review services.
